Job description


Schedule: Monday - Friday 5 am -1:30 pm
Ability to work past 1:30 pm is essential - Overtime available as needed.
The Picker/Packer Lead position will perform the following duties:
  • Safely operates power material handling equipment to accurately select, palletize, stage and/or load customer orders for delivery of product to customers without damage or errors.
  • Provides guidance, work instructions, and training to the pickers/packers
  • Support Department Supervisor in work execution and floor coverage

Required Qualifications
1-2 years of lead experience in a warehouse distribution center or relevant work experience
