- At least 7 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks
- At least 7 years experience of Core Java, J2EE applications.
- At least 7 years experience in Websphere (WAS) configuration commands (performance tuning related)
- At least 7 years experience in Performance Tuning of Complex web applications, Service Oriented Architecture (especially SOAP Web Services),
- At least 7 years expereience in RDBMS and SQL tuning, JVM Heap/memory, Thread Dump, Network latency analysis
- URL profiling using F12 (browser debugger) tools
- At least 7 years experience in doing deep dive analysis of Code and Configuration to identify tuning opportunities, propose and code solutions (expertise in APM tools like dynaTrace will be an added advantage)
- Team player who can work with diverse stakeholders (like business owners/ITS) groups and independently with less supervision and direction
