Keystone Engineering is currently seeking an Analyst to join our team.
Position Summary
We are seeking an Analyst with strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience navigating AI platforms to support proposal development for a large, multi-office Oil & Gas Engineering Firm (Keystone Engineering, Inc.). The ideal candidate will help coordinate and produce high-quality proposals, manage content libraries, support schedule tracking, and assist with proposal strategy. This is a remote role with occasional travel required.

Essential Functions:
  • Coordinate and manage proposal development efforts from kickoff through submission.
  • Prepare and format proposal documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Develop and edit proposal content with attention to clarity, accuracy, and responsiveness to client requirements.
  • Generate and manipulate proposal data, tables, and summaries in Microsoft Excel.
  • Create compelling presentation materials in PowerPoint.
  • Support content management for proposal libraries and past performance databases.

Requirements:
