Position Summary
We are seeking a Sales Associate to join the team at Club Pilates Orland Park or New Lenox! The Sales Associate is the first point of contact for members and prospective clients, responsible for delivering an exceptional in-studio experience while driving membership sales and supporting daily studio operations. This role blends sales, customer service, and administrative support in a fast-paced, wellness-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Membership Growth

  •  Conduct studio tours and present membership options to prospective clients 
  •  Build relationships and follow up with leads to convert into members 
  •  Meet and exceed individual and studio sales goals 
  •  Promote retail, events, and special offers 
Client Experience
  •  Greet members and guests with a warm, welcoming presence 
  •  Address client questions, concerns, and feedback professionally 
  •  Foster a positive, inclusive, and community-driven studio environment 
Operations & Studio Support
  •  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio, lobby, and equipment 
  •  Assist with opening and closing procedures 
  •  Support instructors and team members to ensure smooth class flow 
Administrative Duties
  •  Answer phones, emails, and text inquiries promptly 
  •  Process memberships, retail purchases, and transactions accurately 
  •  Keep client profiles and notes up to date in CRM systems 
Qualifications
  •  Previous sales or customer service experience (fitness or boutique retail preferred)
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  •  Comfortable with sales goals and performance metrics 
  •  Highly organized with attention to detail 
  •  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Passion for health, wellness, or Pilates is a plus
