What You'll Do

As a Driving Instructor, you'll:

• Teach safe, confident driving techniques during behind-the-wheel lessons
• Coach students of different ages, personalities, and experience levels
• Explain traffic laws, defensive driving, and accident prevention
• Guide students through parking, lane changes, turns, highway driving, and other real-world driving situations
• Customize lessons based on each student's learning style and progress
• Provide encouragement, constructive feedback, and clear instruction
• Create a positive, calm, and professional learning environment
• Help students prepare for success on their driving test-and beyond

If you've worked in education, coaching, customer service, training, mentoring, or similar roles, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

Required

• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience
• Basic computer proficiency
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Florida traffic laws and safe driving practices

Preferred

• Experience teaching, coaching, mentoring, or training others
• Experience working with students
• High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule

• Full-Time or Part-Time
• Approximately 30-40 hours per week
• Day and evening shifts available
• Flexible scheduling

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
