Education Program Support (Assistant Director)
Paradise Christian School โ€“ Full-Time | Miami-Dade County, FL

Paradise Christian School is seeking a passionate, energetic, and experiencedย  Early Childhood Assistant Director to support our Head Start, Early Head Start, and VPK programs.

What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • As our Education Program Support , you will play a vital role in daily operations and program success:
  • Support daily school operations alongside the Executive Director.
  • Supervise, coach, and support teaching staff.ย 
  • Ensure compliance with Head Start, EHS, VPK, DCF, and licensing standards.
  • ย Perform high-volume data entry and tracking with accuracy.
  • ย Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
  • ย Provide classroom support when needed.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff.

Marketing, Events & Outreach:
  • Manage and post daily social media content.
  • ย Help coordinate school events and family engagement activities.
  • ย Maintain website updates and track classroom/event photos.

Growth & Development:
  • Assist with grant research and writing.
  • ย Support fundraising and community partnerships.

Qualifications (Required):
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Director Credential (Required).
  • Experience with children ages 0โ€“5.
  • Experience in an Early Childhood Center office setting.
  • Fluent in English & Spanish.

Preferred Experience:
  • Head Start / Early Head Start / VPK programs.
  • HighScope & Creative Curriculum.
  • Teachstone CLASS (Observer Certification or willingness within 90 days).
  • Pyramid Model knowledge/certification.
