Job Summary:
SERCO of Texas, Inc. is seeking a Performance Data Analyst to support transparency and data-driven decision-making across all Workforce Solutions programs. The role involves developing and maintaining database queries and reporting applications, as well as delivering effective reports and visualizations of performance data.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Design and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
โ€ข Analyze trends across programs and generate reports.
โ€ข Collaborate with QA and compliance for continuous improvement.
โ€ข Monitor performance against contractual benchmarks.
โ€ข Integrate data across multiple systems and create actionable insights.
โ€ข Train staff to interpret data tools and visualizations.
โ€ข Maintain data integrity, program compliance, and performance tracking to enhance workforce program effectiveness.
โ€ข Ensure accurate reporting, real-time analytics, and continuous improvement in service delivery and outcomes.
โ€ข Leverage technology and data systems to streamline operations, support strategic decision-making, and enhance accountability.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree from four-year college or university in MIS, CIS, or Business.
โ€ข 5-7 yearsโ€™ experience with business operations or data management.
โ€ข 1โ€“2 years of experience working with SQL developing queries for reports and data generation
โ€ข 1โ€“2 years of experience with report writing tools
โ€ข Extensive knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and SQL.
โ€ข Demonstrated understanding of standard business practices.
โ€ข Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
โ€ข Strong Microsoft Office skills, plus advanced understanding of data and automation systems.
โ€ข Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Access, Adobe and Outlook.
โ€ข Must possess and provide a valid Texas Driverโ€™s License and Automobile Liability Insurance as required by the State of Texas.
โ€ข Must have access to reliable transportation in order to travel within service area.
