This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week in our Renton, WA office.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Lead and manage creative teams, supporting performance, career growth, workload health, and team culture.
  • Own task tracking for assigned products, balancing capacity, freelancers, budgets, timelines, playtesting needs, and shifting priorities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams within the studio to turn product goals into clear vision, deliverables, and decisions.
  • Keep teams aligned by running stand-ups, tracking risks, documenting decisions, supporting feedback loops, and clarifying next steps.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to turn ambiguous creative goals into scoped plans, trade-off recommendations, and clear next steps.
NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience with licensed products, entertainment franchises, external creative collaborators, or brand extensions.
  • Familiarity with tabletop roleplaying games, fantasy storytelling, Dungeons & Dragons, or D&D Beyond.
  • Fluency in tabletop game development workflows, including project planning, feedback tracking, approvals, editing collaboration, and digital implementation support.
