This role offers the opportunity to flex your creative problem-solving skills to address a range of 1-hour-or-less repairs.
A Day in the Life of a Surface Experts Technician:
We Offer:
  • Pay range of $20 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
  • Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs
  • Pay raise following paid training completion
  • Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician
  • No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)

Requirements
  • Hands-on work experience - possibly in construction, manufacturing, painting, or personal hobbies.
  • The ability to accurately identify, match, and recreate colors is crucial, as color matching is a key aspect of our work.

Hiring Process

Duties:
  • Visit 4 or more customers daily
