Performance Services Coach


What this job involves:

Join our HR Operations team as a Performance Coach, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional employee experiences across the performance services lifecycle. You'll collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to ensure consistent, compliant, and compassionate handling of critical employee matters.


What your day-to-day responsibilities will look like:

Manager Capability Development & Coaching:

Deliver end to end targeted coaching and training to managers on performance services best practices and feedback delivery techniques

Assist managers with drafting and executing written warnings, clarifications of expectations, performance plans and executing terminations. In addition, assist managers with reductions in force.

Provide individual mentoring and skill-building support to managers to improve their performance services capabilities

Collaboration with Performance Services Partners

Effectively partner with employee relations, legal and HR partners to resolve performance services issues


Operational Excellence and Performance Tools:

Utilize Workday process documentation to ensure performance services consistency

Utilize performance services tools including CAI to help managers role play and execute difficult conversations

Support Workday system upgrades and process enhancements by testing functionality, gathering user feedback, and recommending improvements


Performance Analytics & Continuous Improvement

Utilize Workday data and advanced analytics to generate actionable insights on performance trends, operational efficiency, and organizational capability gaps

Present findings and improvement recommendations to stakeholders using data visualization and business intelligence tools

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

Ensure all performance services activities maintain 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while optimizing operational efficiency

Support conflict resolution processes by providing thorough documentation, analysis, and evidence-based recommendations


Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years of HR experience with demonstrated success in performance services, process improvement, or operational roles focusing on performance excellence

Core Competencies:

Proven experience in performance services and operational excellence

Strong project services skills and the ability to simplify the complex

Knowledge of performance services methodologies, and compliance frameworks

Technical & Communication Skills: Proficiency in Workday, Excel and data analysis tools, combined with excellent coaching, presentation, and stakeholder services abilities

Estimated compensation for this position:

90,000.00 - 120,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
