The Position

  • Prepare and deliver fresh, high-quality meals that students and staff enjoy every day.
  • Take ownership of daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency and exceptional food standards.

The Person

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience working as a Chef in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.
  • Confident producing high-volume meals without compromising on quality, flavour or presentation.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, kitchen compliance and best-practice procedures.
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A hands-on team player who takes pride in their craft and enjoys leading by example.
  • Able to obtain a paid Blue Card.
