Quince is a retail and technology company founded by leaders with deep experience across retail, technology, and high-growth startups. You'll work alongside exceptional talent from organizations including Stanford GSB, Wish, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike, and many others.

The Opportunity

Quince is seeking a talented and highly analytical individual to join our Growth organization. In this role, you will own measurement and analytics across our growth marketing channels, helping the team make faster, smarter, and more effective investment decisions.

You will develop and maintain attribution frameworks, incrementality testing programs, and performance measurement systems to understand what drives customer acquisition and where marketing dollars generate the greatest return. Over time, you will become a trusted expert on growth performance across the Quince platform, partnering closely with marketing leadership to surface insights, run experiments, and build scalable analytics capabilities that support the company's rapid growth.

The Ideal Candidate

You are a highly analytical problem solver who is excited about using data, technology, and experimentation to drive business growth. You thrive in fast-paced environments where ambiguity is common and answers are not always readily available.

You are energized by ownership, move quickly without sacrificing rigor, and enjoy working in a culture that values data-driven decision-making, intellectual curiosity, and high standards. You are comfortable collaborating across functions and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Own marketing attribution and measurement frameworks across growth channels, including paid search, paid social, affiliate, and other acquisition programs

  • Design, execute, and analyze incrementality tests and experimentation programs to measure causal marketing impact

  • Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting for growth marketing and company leadership

  • Develop automated monitoring systems to ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and timely insights

  • Create scalable analytics tools and processes that accelerate decision-making across the Growth team

  • Partner closely with marketing leadership to translate data into actionable channel, audience, and budget recommendations

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities, diagnose performance changes, and uncover key business drivers

  • Apply statistical and predictive modeling techniques to improve marketing efficiency and performance

  • Support advanced measurement initiatives, including marketing mix modeling (MMM), attribution modeling, and forecasting

  • Partner cross-functionally with Data, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to improve measurement infrastructure and business understanding

  • Preferred: Support app measurement and mobile attribution initiatives

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related discipline

  • 5-7 years of experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative business roles, preferably focused on growth marketing, ecommerce, or performance marketing

  • Hands-on experience building attribution models and designing incrementality or experimental measurement frameworks

  • Demonstrated ability to independently scope, execute, and communicate complex analyses that drive measurable business impact

  • Advanced SQL skills and strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, modeling, and automation

  • Familiarity with major advertising platforms and measurement ecosystems, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and similar channels

  • Experience applying statistical methods and predictive modeling to business problems; experience with marketing mix modeling is a plus

  • Strong understanding of experimentation design, causal inference, and marketing measurement best practices

  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to improve productivity, analysis, and insight generation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences

  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong sense of ownership, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to delivering exceptional results
