Are you a data-driven thinker who loves uncovering the "why" behind marketing performance? We are the top Creative, Marketing & Design Staffing firm looking for a Performance Marketing Analyst Intern to join our team.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our data operations-optimizing our marketing analytics, building standardized dashboards, and translating raw numbers into actionable insights that drive our candidate and client acquisition strategies. If you have a strong quantitative background, a passion for digital marketing, and an eagerness to leverage cutting-edge tools like Generative AI and HubSpot, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analytics & Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance marketing metrics across multiple channels (Paid & Organic Search, Social Media, & Email).
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Design, build, and maintain standardized marketing reports and automated dashboards to track KPIs like CAC, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates.
  • Data-Backed Insights: Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, identify underperforming campaigns, and provide data-backed recommendations for future marketing spend.
  • MarTech Management: Assist in maintaining data hygiene and tracking infrastructure between our ad platforms and CRM/marketing automation tools.
  • AI Integration: Experiment with and implement generative AI tools to streamline data analysis, automate reporting tasks, and optimize ad copy testing.

Required:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing Technology, Finance, or Marketing Analytics. Economics or Mathematics with a business/marketing focus also qualify).
  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in an analytical role (marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis). Strong internships will be considered!
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data modeling).
  • Mindset: A strong "quant" brain with the ability to tell a story through data and explain complex metrics to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred (The "Huge Pluses"):
  • AI Savvy: Experience using Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Artifacts, or specialized data prompts) to accelerate workflows, write basic scripts, or clean data.
  • Ad Platforms: Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • CRM/Automation: Hands-on experience with HubSpot (specifically reporting, lists, and attribution dashboards).
  • Visualization: Experience with data tools like Google Looker Studio, Tableau, or PowerBI.
  • SEO Tools: Experience using SEMRush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or other SEO/AEO software.
