The Physical Therapist role is based onsite at our outpatient office in Miami, a lively and diverse city known for its warm climate and rich culture. • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the functional abilities and needs of patients, utilizing a variety of diagnostic tests to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement physical therapy treatment interventions aimed at alleviating pain, enhancing movement, and restoring muscle function. This includes administering manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and use of physical agents.
• Oversee and guide Physical Therapy Assistants in the execution of treatment plans, ensuring alignment with best practices and applicable state laws.
• Document patient progress meticulously through clinical records including evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary cooperation by participating in case conferences and collaborating with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to evaluate and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic devices, home exercises, and overall care strategies to empower individuals in their recovery journey.
• Monitor and report any changes in a patient’s condition or response to treatment to the relevant healthcare team members, advocating for adjustments in care as necessary.
• Stay abreast of relevant trends in physical therapy, continuing education requirements, and best practices to ensure the highest standard of care.

Our outpatient clinic serves a diverse range of patients, from post-operative recovery individuals to those managing chronic conditions. We focus on creating individualized therapy programs that address specific patient needs and help them regain independence in their daily lives. The successful Physical Therapist will work closely with patients from various backgrounds, developing trust and rapport to facilitate their healing process.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational institution is required; advanced degrees such as a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) are preferred.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida, in good standing.
• A minimum of one year of relevant experience in physical therapy, preferably in an outpatient or acute care setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• A commitment to clinical excellence and a patient-centered approach to care.
• Current CPR certification and knowledge of federal, state, and agency regulations governing practice.

• Experience in rehabilitation settings, particularly in outpatient facilities.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient tracking.
• Capability to formulate and adjust treatment plans based on clinical assessment and feedback.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
