Job description

We're hiring a Reach Lift Operator to help receive, store, and ship customer products in a busy warehouse environment. This role blends stand-up reach truck operation with hands-on warehouse work-perfect for someone who likes staying active and being part of a team that keeps things moving. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity
Schedule & Pay

  • $18.00-$20.00 per hour
  • Monday-Friday, nine-hour shifts (includes one-hour lunch)
  • Variable start times between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM (8 hour shift)
  • Overtime available based on business needs
What You'll Do
  • Operate a stand-up reach truck and other material handling equipment safely
  • Receive inbound freight from trailers and containers, then put away product in rack locations
  • Pick customer orders accurately and stage outbound freight for shipping
  • Load and unload trailers
  • Verify quantities, lot numbers, and product info against shipping/receiving paperwork
  • Maintain inventory accuracy using RF scanners and the warehouse management system (WMS)
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and assist with cycle counts
  • Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
  • Support multiple departments as business needs require
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience operating a Stand-Up Reach Forklift
  • Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable with manual warehouse work, including piece picking and hand-splitting pallets
  • Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
  • Flexibility for overtime and adjusted schedules

The Work Environment
This is a hybrid role-about 30% operating a stand-up reach truck and 70% order picking and hands-on warehouse tasks. Equipment includes: stand-up reach truck, sit-down forklift, electric and manual pallet jacks, and RF scanner/WMS.
