Position Overview

This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while delivering high-quality care to clients located in Plano, Texas, and beyond. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via live video sessions, catering to adults experiencing various emotional disorders such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to devise comprehensive treatment plans and enhance client outcomes.
• Utilize automatically administered self-assessments and therapy metrics to continuously monitor progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary.
• Maintain current and thorough clinical documentation using our user-friendly therapist portal, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and security regulations protecting patient health information.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision with the Therapy Leadership Team, fostering knowledge growth and peer support.
• Deliver talk therapy for individuals aged 13 and up or couples, employing a variety of evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and emotionally focused therapy.
• Commit to measurement-based care, rigorously evaluating treatment efficacy and outcomes to ensure optimal client support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will support a diverse clientele, primarily adults and adolescents aged 13 and up, facing emotional and psychological challenges. Your role will involve providing a safe, empathetic environment where clients can explore their feelings and behaviors. As a mental health counselor, you will employ a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to each individual's needs, fostering resilience, facilitating healing, and promoting overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
• A current and active State license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and offer compassionate care to clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment, contributing to a collective vision of mental health support.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing telehealth services is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms.
• A proven track record of utilizing evidence-based practices and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, education, and geographic factors. In addition to a meaningful salary, our benefits package includes:
