Data Entry Clerk
Personnel Plus is NOW HIRING for a Data Entry Clerk in Nampa, ID
  • Monday-Friday
  • 8am-5pm
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Temporary; project based
  • Pay $20 per hour
DUTIES:
  • Enter and update data into computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets
  • Maintain accurate records of water usage, irrigation schedules, work orders, and department documentation
  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness before entering information
  • Process invoices, reports, service records, and other administrative paperwork
  • Assist with tracking maintenance requests, projects, and operational activities
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files
  • Perform data verification and resolve discrepancies when needed
  • Prepare reports and assist staff with administrative tasks
  • Provide general office support to the Water & Irrigation Division team
  • Any other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Clean Background
  • Previous data entry, clerical, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
