What You'll Do:

  • Resolve customer questions, concerns, and service requests

  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional services after customer concerns have been fully addressed
  • Complete administrative tasks and data entry
  • Support team performance goals and overall department success
