Job description

Per Diem Schedule 

Our Licensed Vocational Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses (LVN/LPN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our โ€œPhilosophy for Person-Directed Care.โ€ You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the residentโ€™s daily life rhythm. You would help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

Pay Rate: $30-34/hour, depending on experience ** +$2/hr. Night Shift Differential

Schedule: Full Time NOC shift  (4 on 2 off rotation)

To be successful in the role, you would have:

  • Current LVN/LPN in the state for which applying
  • Current CPR certification
  • Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
  • New grads are welcome!
