Senior Concrete Foreman

We’re looking for a high-performing Concrete Foreman who is ready to take the next step into a Concrete Superintendent role.

Join a trusted concrete and masonry contractor based in Southern California.

JOB SUMMARY:

  • This role requires a knowledgeable Concrete Superintendent capable of overseeing multiple concrete crews and job sites as the lead on multiple worksites, taking charge of everything from liaising with City inspectors and clients, scheduling and maintaining labor force, materials and equipment on project sites, to overseeing and ensuring the accuracy of each build. Management of project scheduling using a range of computer and software systems is a crucial part of the role

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Structural Concrete experience
  • Must have experience in the concrete industry
  • Valid California driver's license
  • Ability to pass a physical and drug test
  • Schedule in house labor and sub-tiers
  • Provide look ahead schedules with forecasting
  • Measure and order materials for jobsites
  • Oversee Foreman(s) work, review and implement all project documents (plans, specs, RFI's, etc.), check accuracy and ensure quality standards
  • Must possess good oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work, schedule and communicate effectively with City inspectors and clients
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
