Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care and carry out physician orders in compliance with state nursing practice standards.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and in accordance with facility policies.
  • Assess, monitor, and document resident status; promptly report changes in condition.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and update individualized care plans.
  • Maintain professional, compassionate communication with residents, families, and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Current, unencumbered RN licence in DE — required.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
  • Reliable transportation; own accommodation required for travel positions.
