Location: Laurel Education Group, Pennington, New Jersey

Position Type: Per Diem / As Needed


Position Summary:
Laurel Education Group in Pennington, NJ, is seeking a licensed school psychologist to provide per diem support for student psychological testing and evaluations. The ideal candidate will conduct psychoeducational assessments, interpret results, and provide actionable recommendations to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations for students.
  • Administer, score, and interpret standardized assessments.
  • Prepare detailed evaluation reports with clear recommendations for academic and behavioral interventions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to discuss findings and recommendations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all state and federal regulations, including IDEA and NJDOE guidelines.
  • Assist with eligibility determinations for special education services as needed.


Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Valid New Jersey School Psychologist Certification.
  • Experience in psychological testing and report writing for K-12 students.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple evaluations.

Work Schedule:

  • Per diem / as needed basis.
  • Flexible scheduling based on student evaluation needs.

Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
