Your primary focus will be keeping your team safe, efficient, and aligned with industry standards. Performing a variety of New Site Construction, Carrier Upgrades and Modifications as well as Microwave. Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of telecom tower experience, including direct leadership of field crews.Valid Competent Climber & Rescue Certification.Deep knowledge of rigging, hoisting, safety planning, RF systems, PIM testing, sweep testing, grounding, and cable routing.Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record. Must be able to pass a standard drug screen and background check.Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to guide a crew with minimal supervision.About B.H.
