Job description

Description:

This is an opportunity for CRNAs who want flexibility, autonomy, and a fast-moving clinical environment that rewards excellence. We are a premier CRNA group delivering fully autonomous, office-based anesthesia services to a top-tier aesthetic plastic surgery practice in Chicago, Illinois. We’re growing quickly and are seeking a high-performing Per Diem Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our driven, hustle-minded team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Take full ownership of your cases—from pre-op assessment through induction, maintenance, and post-op recovery.
  • Monitor patient vitals and communicate effectively with the surgeon throughout procedures.
  • Deliver safe, smooth anesthesia in a fast-paced, high-volume surgical setting.
  • Work alongside a team that values your autonomy, efficiency, and clinical judgment.
  • Support the growth and development of a new, state-of-the-art facility.

Why Join Us:

  • Per diem flexibility with consistent, high-quality cases.
  • Fast-paced, performance-driven culture where excellence is recognized.
  • Fully autonomous practice with ownership over anesthesia decisions.
  • Tight-knit, highly professional team focused on precision, outcomes, and patient experience.
  • Opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the growth and evolution of the practice.

This is more than just per diem coverage—it’s a chance to work at the top of your license in a high-energy, professionally rewarding environment. If you thrive in autonomous practice and value flexibility without compromise, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:
  • Active NBCRNA certification
  • Illinois RN/APRN license (or eligibility)
  • BLS and ACLS required
  • New grads welcome! Training and mentorship provided.
  • Confident, safety-focused, and eager to learn office-based anesthesia.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented—thrives in a high-performance setting.
