A beautiful 30-bed, Geriatric Skilled Nursing Facility with an attached 65-bed residential care home seeks a Part-Time/ Per Diem RN Supervisor. The Bradley Home has been part of the Meriden community since 1937. The home is a continuum of care and has consistently earned Medicare Five Star Recognition. Outstanding resident care is our mission and our facility has an overall low resident acuity.

Ability to interact professionally with residents, families, visitors, and staff. Ability to follow all Federal and State regulations.

Duties:
โ€ข Assists in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing unit activities.
โ€ข Assume the authority, responsibility, and accountability of directing the unit personnel to change conditions, new admissions, appointments, and other daily resident-centered tasks.
โ€ข Provide leadership and mentoring to nursing personnel assigned to the unit.
โ€ข Assist in new hire orientation
โ€ข Work with facility consultants as necessary and implement recommended changes as directed by MD and/or Medical Director
