Location: Travel throughout CT & MA

Job Type: Per-Diem

Compensation: $32 per patient + mileage reimbursement

We are looking for a passionate, experienced Per-Diem APRN to join our team to support our growing footprint in Connecticut and Massachusetts.

The Role & Expectations

As a Per-Diem APRN, you will provide expert, bedside wound care and collaborate with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).

  • Volume: Ability to commit to seeing an average of 5 facilities per month, ranging from 40 to 80 patients total.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel to facilities throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience holding an active APRN license.

  • Clinical Expertise: Must be already proficient and experienced in nursing home wound care.

  • Licensure: Active APRN license in CT (and willing to obtain dual license in MA).

  • Autonomy: Strong clinical judgment, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and comfort working independently in multiple SNFs.

Note: As a per-diem position, this role is not eligible for full-time benefits, paid time off (PTO), or bonuses beyond standard mileage reimbursement.
