Per Diem Float Pool Registered Nurse

This role offers flexibility and variety, allowing you to utilize your skills in different clinical settings while supporting our hospital's staffing needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based bedside nursing care across various units including Medical, Surgical, and Telemetry.
  • Adapt to different clinical environments and patient populations, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in the electronic medical record.
