Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement targeted therapeutic interventions designed to foster recovery and resilience, applying methodologies tailored to individual client histories.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting progress, treatment modalities, and any changes in client condition as per organizational and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At our Detox Center, you will work primarily with individuals battling substance use disorders in conjunction with anxiety, trauma, and depressive disorders. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required for this role.
• An active and valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee is essential.

Preferred Experience
