Marriage Matters Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide remote support for clients at our Detox Center in Tallahassee, Florida. This full-time position requires an experienced social worker who will utilize their clinical skills to improve the emotional and psychological health of individuals undergoing detoxification. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ psychosocial needs, leveraging telehealth tools to gather critical information regarding their emotional and mental health status.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating their specific goals and preferences to ensure individualized care.
  • Provide ongoing counseling sessions via video or phone to support clients through their detox journey, helping them to manage cravings and emotional challenges.
  • Advocate for clients’ rights, facilitating access to community resources, treatment programs, and support groups.
  • Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and documentation, ensuring accurate records in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
