Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments and create personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups utilizing various evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health and engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LPC at Marriage Matters Counseling, you will engage with a diverse client population navigating various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will be instrumental in helping clients overcome short-term difficulties, manage stress, and achieve a stable emotional state. Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Must hold an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience is preferred, ideally in a clinical setting.
  • Strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines in counseling practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits
  • The salary range for this position is between USD 60,000 and 90,000 annually, based on your experience and qualifications.
