• Provide high-quality therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to individual client needs.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address specific goals and challenges.
• Facilitate therapy sessions in various formats such as individual, couples, and group therapy, ensuring a safe and supportive space for all participants.
• Track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on evolving clinical data and client feedback.
• Maintain meticulous and compliant clinical documentation in alignment with state regulations and ethical standards.

Your work will encompass a diverse clientele, including individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in delivering compassionate care that acknowledges each client's unique experiences and backgrounds, thereby fostering a therapeutic alliance rooted in trust and understanding.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current, unrestricted license in Texas as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), allowing for independent practice.

A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting is required. Experience in telehealth services is a plus, as is an understanding of client-centered and culturally competent therapeutic practices.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus up to $1,000 as part of our commitment to attracting top talent.
