• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and emotional well-being through virtual platforms, utilizing standardized tools and interviews.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the goals and needs of each client, adapting approaches based on ongoing evaluations.
• Facilitate therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, to actively engage clients in their healing process.
• Monitor clients' progress meticulously, utilizing tracking tools and metrics to assess outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment strategies.
• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and connecting clients with additional resources as needed.
• Maintain diligent records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care that addresses all facets of the client's needs.
• Stay informed on the latest mental health treatment modalities and research through continued education and peer-reviewed literature.
• Engage in regular supervision to refine clinical skills, receive feedback, and contribute to the overall development of therapeutic practices within the organization.
• Uphold the ethical guidelines and professional standards as dictated by relevant licensing boards and the organization.

The primary focus of this role will be supporting adolescents and young adults who experience various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. By working within a structured virtual outpatient program, therapists will help clients navigate their specific obstacles, utilizing clinically proven techniques to foster resilience and coping skills.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating compassion and understanding towards clients.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple clients and treatment plans.
• A clean disciplinary record at all licensing boards, ensuring compliance and professionalism.

• Prior experience working with adolescents and young adults in a mental health or counseling setting.
• Familiarity with virtual therapeutic models and platforms, enhancing the delivery of care in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Brilliant Lotus Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a substantial salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
