This role is primarily remote, allowing counselors the flexibility to support clients from the comfort of their own spaces while maintaining a structured schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Our outpatient office setting is equipped to facilitate collaborative meetings, case consultations, and peer review sessions, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and support.

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations using evidence-based techniques and solution-focused treatments, developing personalized treatment plans that cater to each individual's unique circumstances.
• Implement recognized therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address clients' needs effectively.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant guidelines.
• Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in monthly case consultations and peer review sessions aimed at enhancing treatment quality and efficacy.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and available community services to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the mental health field to ensure the delivery of current and effective care.

As a member of our team, you will work with a diverse patient population. Our clients may struggle with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relational conflicts. You will provide not only therapeutic support but also a compassionate listening ear, building trusting relationships that pave the way for meaningful recovery.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid license to practice in Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Demonstrated ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy approaches, adapting strategies to meet diverse clients' needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster rapport and encourage client engagement.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills that allow for effective and adaptable treatment responses.
