A Per Diem Remote Organic Farm worker is someone who works on an organic farm on an as-needed (per diem) basis, often remotely or traveling to various farm sites as required. These workers help with tasks such as planting, harvesting, maintaining crops, and handling organic produce, while adhering to organic farming standards. The remote aspect may involve administrative duties, virtual consultations, or monitoring farm systems online, depending on the farm's setup. This flexible arrangement allows workers to support multiple farms or balance other commitments while contributing to sustainable agriculture.

As a Per Diem Remote Organic Farm worker, your schedule is generally flexible and based on the farm's specific needs, which can vary with the season and crop cycle. You may be called in for tasks such as virtual crop monitoring, coordinating logistics, or managing orders and customer communication, depending on your expertise. Typical responsibilities could include remote data entry, digital inventory management, or providing support through video calls. Since the role is per diem, hours are assigned as needed, and you may work independently or collaborate with on-site staff and other remote team members.
