• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns accurately and establish clinical diagnoses.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to achieve specific therapeutic goals.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health issues or emergencies.
• Maintain diligent and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards through meticulous documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health concerns, treatment modalities, and community resources available to support their wellness journey.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in training and workshops to stay updated on the latest best practices in mental health therapy.

Our clientele ranges from children and adolescents to adults, encompassing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma recovery, and relational difficulties. As a therapist at Enlightened Essence Counseling Center, you will cater to a broad spectrum of cultural and demographic backgrounds, helping clients navigate their unique mental health challenges.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• A master's or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment, diagnostic abilities, and crisis intervention strategies.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a mental health setting providing therapeutic services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently while collaboratively participating in a remote team setting.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting focusing on community mental health is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and telehealth services.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits include:
