Occupational Therapist Per Diem

As a Per Diem Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing innovative and evidence-based occupational therapy services to our patients, enhancing their overall well-being and quality of life.

About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist Per Diem, you will:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including rehabilitation, long-term care, and skilled nursing facilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote independence, function, and safety

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and treatment sessions

  • Document patient progress and outcomes, as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

  • Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Vermont
