Job description

Hourly Pay Range:

$29.68 - $46.00 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position:Radiologic Technologist I

Location:Skokie

Full Time/Part Time/Per Diem:PRN/Registry

Hours: As needed/Flexible- Days

Per Diem Commitment Level: Per Diem Level 1: 32-72 hrs. or Per Diem Level 2: 73-110 hrs. or Per Diem Level 3: 111-144 hrs./ per 6-week schedule

Required Travel: N/a

What you will do:

  • Prepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort
  • Perform radiographic exams
  • Review radiographs to ensure optimum quality
  • Complete and submit information and images to RIS in a timely manner

What you will need:

Education:Certificate or Associate's degree from an accredited radiology program

Certification:CPRcertification required. ARRT registry eligible required within 1 year of employment

  • License:IEMA licensing required

Experience:Previous radiology experience preferred

Skills:Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required
