Phlebotomist | Part-Time Healthcare Sciences Instructor (1099)

Onsite Campus

Now hiring Phlebotomy instructors in:

  • Texarkana

Applicants should reside within reasonable commuting distance of one or more campuses.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

  • $82-$110 per instructional session, based on territory, experience, and certifications
  • Monday-Friday
  • Flexible weekday schedule
  • Approximately 3 hours per instructional session
  • 1099 Independent Contractor
  • Start: August 2026


ROLE IMPACT

Help prepare the next generation of healthcare professionals by delivering engaging classroom instruction and hands-on Phlebotomy training. This flexible instructional opportunity allows experienced healthcare professionals to share their knowledge while maintaining their current careers.

Curriculum and lesson plans are fully provided.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver classroom and laboratory instruction
  • Teach venipuncture and specimen collection techniques
  • Prepare students for national certification
  • Maintain classroom documentation
  • Mentor students through practical clinical experience
  • Teach at multiple campuses when available
  • Opportunity to teach additional Healthcare Sciences programs when qualified


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Active CPT, PBT, RPT, NCPT, or equivalent nationally recognized Phlebotomy certification
  • Minimum 3 years of recent Phlebotomy experience OR 1 year of instructional experience
  • FBI fingerprinting/background screening required
