Join Our Team as a Per Diem Registered Nurse — Bronx & NYC (Immediate Hire)

We are currently seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse for immediate hire to join our team in the Bronx and NYC. This is an exciting opportunity for an RN who values flexibility, professional growth, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families.

What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct Head-to-toe and Environmental assessments (Initial, Reassessment, PRN assessment, Supervisory visit) to identify patient-centered care needs.
  • Create a POC/ MO based on the assessment and the patient’s needs in collaboration with other patient healthcare teams.
  • Serve as an advocate for the patient to ensure continuity and quality of care.
  • Being ready to self-educate as needed to be proficient in documentation on different platforms to be compliant. 
  • Be ready to educate patients/caregivers according to needs for safe patient care, including preventive care to avoid unnecessary hospitalization.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed, to support our patients when they need you most.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Active RN license and registration (required)
  • CPR certification (required)
  • Strong communication skills in English (preferred bilingual in Spanish or Russian)
  • A calm, professional demeanor and be ready for the de-escalation of possible obstacles.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
  • Being ready for research and implementing community available resources to improve patients’ care needs.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional patient care

  • Initial visit - $240, Revisit - $180, Post-fall/Post/hosp. - $140 Supervisory (PCA/HHA) - $80, Supervisory (PDN) - $180
