Overview

** Per Diem **  Ob/Gyn Hospitalist Opportunity in Mansfield, OH - Apply Today!

Responsibilities

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking board-certified OB/GYN physicians to provide per diem OB/GYN Hospitalist coverage including OB triage, admissions inpatient care, and delivery for hospitalized patients at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital. Join us today to add your expertise while collaborating with professionals committed to making a meaningful impact on women's healthcare in Ohio.

  • Flexible scheduling to create work life balance for you
  • Collaboration with comminunity OBs in a highly supportive and cohesive group
  • Real-time communication with office physicians of triage visits, new issues, and deliveries
  • Multidisciplinary OB critical care.
  • 24-hour in house shift coverage for obstetric and gynecologic emergencies.
  • Management of OB/GYN emergency-department patients.
  • Trauma evaluation of pregnant patients.
  • Coordination of obstetric care and follow up.

Qualifications
  • Board Certification required
  • Ohio Licensed or IMLC Eligible for Compact License preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year post-residency clinical experience required
  • Must have clinical OBGYN experience within the last 12 months
Benefits and Compensation

Pediatrix does cover your travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.

We also cover your malpractice insurance for this W-2 per diem position.

*Our benefits include for Per Diem members:

PTO: Per diem team members are not eligible for PTO 

Holidays: Per Diem team members are not eligible for company holidays. 

Other compensation: Per Diem team members are not eligible for other compensation.
