Your Pay!

  • Registered Nurse: ($45 - $50 / hour)

Your Schedule!

  • 1-on-1 Skilled Home Visits (2 hr, 4 hr, 8 hr, 12 hr shifts)
  • Part-time and/or Per Diem
  • Fill in Facility Staffing

Your Responsibilities!

  • Port/PICC line, TPN, IV Pain meds, and Fluids/TPN
  • Medication Administration, Wound Care, Skilled Nursing services
  • Provide thoughtful care to client & patients based on personalized Plan of Care
  • Monitor and track changes in the client/patient's conditions and needs, and keep the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed
  • Proactively updates client/patients' family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns
