What You'll Do:

  • Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform routine post-operative care
  • Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Document patient information accurately using electronic health records
  • Educate patients and families on recovery plans, medications, and follow-up care
  • Uphold professional nursing standards and contribute to unit-based improvement efforts
  • Comply with all guidelines set forth by the Texas Nurse Practice Act

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Diploma or associate degree accepted)
  • Active RN license or eligibility to obtain RN licensure
  • BLS certification (Basic Life Support) required
  • Basic computer proficiency, including ability to document in EMR systems
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
  • Interest in surgical or medical-surgical nursing

What We Offer:

  • Full-time hours with varied shift opportunities
  • Comprehensive new graduate onboarding and mentorship
  • Competitive compensation with shift differential pay
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay
  • Employer-sponsored retirement plan
  • Tuition assistance and education partner programs
  • Clinical ladder and professional development opportunities
  • Recognition for nursing excellence and patient care
