Make a Difference as a Per Diem Physical Therapist Assistant

Weekday Availability | PA Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Home | Erie, PA

Benchmark Therapies is seeking weekday Per Diem PTAs to join our caring, dedicated team at the PA Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Home in Erie, PA. This is a wonderful opportunity to provide compassionate, high-quality care to veterans in a supportive, team-oriented environment.


What You’ll Do
  • Provide personalized, high-quality occupational therapy services

  • Build meaningful relationships with residents while supporting their independence and well-being

  • Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems

  • Guide residents, families, and staff through therapy goals, outcomes, and the value of rehabilitation

  • Bring professionalism, compassion, and kindness to every interaction

  • Collaborate closely with a supportive, passionate therapy team


What You’ll Bring
  • A degree in Physical Therapy Assistance from an accredited program

  • An active Pennsylvania PTA license in good standing

  • A genuine appreciation for and interest in serving the veteran community

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

  • A positive, supportive approach to patient care
