Locum Tenens Breast Radiologist in LaGrange, GA (30240) — Board-certified radiologist with mammography and breast imaging experience for a long-term per diem role.

Join a dynamic women's health imaging team as a locum tenens breast radiologist in LaGrange, Georgia. This long-term, on-site opportunity at a leading women's center offers a flexible schedule, strong work-life balance, and the chance to provide high-quality breast imaging care (screening mammography, diagnostic mammograms, and image-guided biopsy) in a welcoming community.

Job Details
  • Weekly Estimated Pay: $6,110 - $7,240
  • Location: On-site in LaGrange, GA (30240) — Georgia radiology jobs, breast imaging position
  • Schedule: Monday to Wednesday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, 2-3 days per week (long-term per diem / locum tenens)
  • Duration: Long-term, per diem locum tenens assignment

Job Requirements
  • Board certification in Radiology with a focus on Breast Imaging (Board-certified Radiologist)
  • Ability to perform biopsies, diagnostic procedures, and screening mammograms (image-guided biopsy experience required)
  • Familiarity with RPCE Tech Stack and Mosaic for Mammography (training provided as needed)
  • At least 1 year of relevant radiology/breast imaging experience required
  • Strong communication, teamwork skills, and commitment to patient-centered breast care
Responsibilities
  • Interpret and perform breast imaging studies, including screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, and biopsies
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative women's center environment
  • Meet productivity expectations of approximately 70 RVUs per shift (radiology productivity target)
  • Work with technologists and support staff to ensure efficient workflow and excellent patient outcomes
  • Flexible clinical focus: option to provide 100% mammography or a 50/50 split between breast imaging and diagnostic radiology based on your expertise and preference
