You will work alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical leaders, and multidisciplinary teams across:Oncology infusion and chemotherapy administrationSpecialty and biologics infusion therapiesHydration therapyHormone optimization programsPerformance and recovery medicineMedical weight loss programsEmerging infusion and wellness protocolsYou'll practice nursing in a uniquely integrated environment and help shape what exceptional patient care looks like. What You'll OwnInfusion & Clinical CareAdminister infusion therapies, chemotherapy, biologics, hydration, and specialty medications per physician orders and clinical protocols.Monitor patients throughout treatment and intervene appropriately when adverse reactions occur.Perform thorough patient assessments before, during, and after treatment.Ensure proper handling, preparation, and administration of medications in accordance with safety standards.Patient Education & SupportEducate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, side effects, and post-treatment care.Provide emotional support and reassurance throughout the patient journey.Help patients feel informed, safe, respected, and supported at every step.Care CoordinationCollaborate with physicians, APPs, MAs, schedulers, and administrative teams for seamless care delivery.Support scheduling and flow of infusion appointments to optimize the patient experience.Communicate effectively with the care team regarding patient status and treatment updates.Documentation & ComplianceMaintain accurate, timely, and complete patient records in EMR systems.Follow all safety, regulatory, infection-control, and medication administration requirements.Continuous ImprovementIdentify and contribute ideas to improve systems, processes, and patient outcomes.Participate in huddles, quality initiatives, and training.Raise standards through your example. What Success Looks LikeFirst 90 DaysIndependently managing assigned infusion patients.Demonstrating mastery of clinical protocols.Building trust with patients and teammates.Consistently delivering accurate documentation.First 6 MonthsTrusted resource within the infusion team.Contributing improvement ideas and process enhancements.Demonstrating strong ownership and sound clinical judgment.First YearViewed as a culture carrier and clinical leader.Helping elevate patient experience and operational excellence.Consistently embodying the Optimum Standard. Who Thrives HereWe want people who bring relentless positivity, a hunger to learn, and the drive to elevate everyone around them.
