Behavioral Tech – Facility-Based Crisis Service


In Person | Per Diem | Immediate Openings

We're hiring compassionate Behavioral Technicians to support adults in a 24-hour Facility-Based Crisis Service, providing an alternative to hospitalization for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis, intellectual/developmental disability, or substance use disorder.

Pay Rates:
Weekday & Weeknight Shifts: $18.00–$18.01/hour
Weekend Shifts: $21.00–$21.01/hour


Available 12-Hour Shifts:
8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
8:00 PM – 8:00 AM


Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support consumers in a safe, therapeutic environment
• Assist with and model daily living skills
• Observe, document, and report behavioral or symptom changes
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely
• Participate in shift reports and collaborate with the treatment team


We're Looking For:
✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✔ Calm decision-making in crisis situations
✔ Passion for supporting individuals with mental health and substance use challenges
✔ Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities


Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old
