Job Purpose:
- The Farm Tractor Operator at 3B DOZER SERVICE LLC is responsible for driving and managing tractors and other agricultural machinery to prepare fields, plant, maintain, and harvest crops. The operator will also perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment is in good working condition, contributing to the overall productivity and efficiency of farm operations.
