ICU REGISTERED NURSE (ICU RN) | PER DIEM OPPORTUNITYJOB OVERVIEW

Seeking an experienced Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (ICU RN) for a per diem opportunity in a critical care setting. The ICU RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, perform advanced patient assessments, monitor complex conditions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

POSITION DETAILS

SHIFT DETAILS
  • Shift Time: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Meal Break: 30 Minutes

PAY
  • Pay Rate: $72.90 per hour

REQUIREMENTS
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
  • Current BLS certification required
  • ACLS certification required or preferred per facility policy
  • Previous ICU or Critical Care nursing experience preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
  • Experience managing critically ill patients
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide comprehensive critical care nursing services
  • Monitor and assess critically ill patients
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies
  • Operate and monitor critical care equipment
  • Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
  • Promote patient safety and quality outcomes
