Human Touch Home Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (Per Diem) to provide home health services throughout Fairfax County, Loudoun County, and Prince William County, Virginia.

If you're looking for flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact with your patients one-on-one in their homes, this is an excellent opportunity.

What You'll Do
  • Complete evaluations, treatment plans, reassessments, and discharge planning
  • Provide skilled physical therapy services in patients' homes
  • Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
  • Manage your own schedule and service area
