You'll be in charge of planning and executing all daily diving operations, with a focus on team safety and development. To ensure your success, you will step into this role as a "Supervisor in Training," completing a comprehensive supervisor training program before jumping fully into the job.This job involves nationwide travel and the chance to represent our company on challenging, one-of-a-kind projects. It's an opportunity to grow your career, mentor others, and become a crucial part of a successful, growing team.What You'll DoLead and Mentor: Guide a team of divers, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.Comprehensive Training: Complete our hands-on supervisor in training program to fully master Midco's safety standards, operational protocols, and leadership expectations before leading independent field operations. Safety First: Enforce rigorous safety protocols, including conducting daily safety meetings to address site-specific hazards.Operational Excellence: Plan and execute all daily diving operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet our high standards.Quality Control: Uphold company standards for all customer projects, including cleaning, inspection, repair, and reporting.Communication: Maintain effective communication with your team, upper management, and customers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.Administrative Management: Complete daily paperwork, including logs, reports, and work orders, accurately and on time.Travel and Adaptability: Be prepared for extensive year-round travel and to work in various climates and demanding conditions, including heights and confined spaces.What We're Looking For1+ years of potable diving experienceHigh School Diploma or GEDCommercial Dive School DiplomaADCI Dive Physical (completed within the last year) CPR/First Aid certificationsCurrent ADCI Diver CardValid driver's licenseProven ability to manage a team and follow direction from managementStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsWhy You'll Love Working HereWe are deeply committed to the overall health, security, and financial future of our employees, supporting you through all stages of life with a comprehensive package that includes access to Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance options.
