Renviva has Full-time Dialysis RN positions!

We are looking for someone that is dedicated to providing outstanding patient care with a team approach in our growing unit. We are looking for RN's with experience in Outpatient/SNF HD and/or ACUTES. 1 year nursing with 3 months of Dialysis experience preferred but not required.

The Dialysis Registered Nurse provides chronic dialysis care and treatment, develops nursing care plans involving assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, training, and education; communicates with the physician and other members of the healthcare team to interpret, adjust, and complete patient care plans, and assists in research studies.

Job Functions:

  • Demonstrates applicable knowledge of policies and procedures related to the
  • Dialysis Registered Nurse/licensed practical nurse/patient care technician.
  • Demonstrates ability to perform technical skills for the dialysis Registered Nurse including the patient’s treatment, and water treatment facility, and emergency procedures, as determined by the competency assessment program.
  • Assists with and performs all procedures of safe operation, disinfection and inventory control according to corporate and departmental policy, manufacturer commendations and regulatory agency guidelines.
  • Assumes administrative duties under the direction of the Center Director/Coordinator
  • Assumes responsibility and utilizes opportunities for personal and professional growth.
  • Performs additional duties and is responsible for specific projects that are assigned by the Director of Nursing.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Degree in nursing or health related field preferred.
  • Approximately 1 year med/surg/TCU or ICU nursing experience preferred 3 months Registered Nurse Hemodialysis dialysis experience preferred but not required.
  • Current appropriate state licensure.
  • Successful completion of training course in theory and practice of hemodialysis.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance, when indicated/applicable for business travel by automobile.
  • EMR / Computer knowledge desirable.
  • Successful completion of current CPR Healthcare Recognition according to the American Heart Association.
  • Possesses reliable transportation.
